Sizing

We have 2 sizes- the Mini and the Grande.

We generally recommend the Mini for women who are first timers with menstrual cups.

Our Minis are smaller and more malleable than the international average and make for a great starter cup.

 The Mini measures 4cm in diameter across the rim, and about 6cm from tip to rim. It holds about 25ml when full.

 The Grande we introduced for women comfortable with menstrual cups, find that their flows are heavy, and would like to change their cups out less often.

 The Grande measures 4.5cm in diameter across the rim, and about 7cm from tip to rim. It holds about 35ml.
